Re: GT5 TUNING GUIDE

Wouldnt this be more accurate after the game is released?  Or have you based this on prologue?

Re: GT5 TUNING GUIDE

It does not matter about the guide being made for/around  gt5 prologue, when it come to driving skill and car setup, as the gt series is stimulation(so if you tighten the front springs on all cars in the world/in game, all cars would have a responsive nose/front steering, a car setup guide for gt1 would work on gt5, the setting and changes that you make will just be more noticeable

Re: GT5 TUNING GUIDE

yeh but a tuning guide for Prologue won't be particularly accurate for GT5 with the fact that the physics in Prologue were not actually very good when it comes to simulation

*waits for Lion-Face to rock up and list a bunch of reasons Prologue has great physics*

but having played the time trial which was a huge step forward and having heard even from there the physics have improved a lot more (from people playing it at Gamescom ect.)

the general tuning principals may remain similar but any values will be completely useless

Re: GT5 TUNING GUIDE

This tuning guide is similar to any race tuning guide for real cars.  The concepts are the same.  It isn't a "how-to" get the most from a particular car.  Good reference for handling problems.  Thanks for the effort.  I think we should get together and submit our settings on particular cars.  That would be something.
