GT5 cars: The great and the not so great lists

[ Edited ]

Gran turismo 5 cars: The great and the not so great list

There is no way in gran turismo 5 to test out cars before you buy them so this list will be so new and experienced players can make decisions using this list of other peoples opinions on cars before spending their hard earned credits.

Leave a comment on what car/cars you feel should be on the good and/or the bad list based on performance including handling and style/looks. I will then add these cars to the list

I'm going to start by adding the Ferrari italia 458 to 'the great list', handles great and is really pace also it looks stunning

The great list: cars you like, which can be based on handling, speed, or just the way they look

  • Ferrari italia 458
  • Mazda 787b Race Car '91

The not so great list: cars which you feel don't live up to their name, or a dispiontment

Mazda 787b Race Car '91. Looks amazing, goes really fast. What more do you need? AND it has an interior view, unlike most of the other classic le mans cars in the game.

audi r8 road car all tuned = worst handling car ive found. slips on even small bends. and no aero bits mean you cant do too much to help it.

Re: GT5 cars: The great and the not so great lists

Great cars:
A tuned Beetle from the 40s. Very fun to slide round the corners.
Bugatti Veyron because of its massive straight line speed for those that dont want to grind and get the X1.
Mclaren M12-4 for being just great and the GTR for the same reason.

Bad Cars:
Lambo Gallardo. Poo in the corners and not that fast on the straights. (awesome in real life though)
Prius. Slow, ugly, drones, understears everywhere.
Dihastu Midget for being the most pointless piece of *****e ever made.

Great -

Mazda Furai

Mclaren F1 fully tuned

Not Great -

Veyron fully tuned - It will not turn corners properly even on an oval

Nascars

Gravel stages on Rally mode - Too unforgiving

Imagine how it would be, to be at the top making cash money!
