I'm rather surprised that no-one seems to have mentioned this yet, but there's no Toyota, arguably the biggest car giant in the world and a staunch supporter of Gran Turismo since day one...
A Lexus isn't a Toyota really, for those of you who have your answer formulated. Like saying a Cadillac is a Chev.
I'm wondering if Toyota no longer see any value in being featured in video games. It would appear that they're becoming very good at alienating... or even eradicating a passionate fanbase. I don't hear many people who sing the virtues of Toyota anymore. Maybe the Supra fans out there, but they're a dying breed I think.
Does anyone miss Toyota in GT5P? I'm pretty cut at not having a Sprinter to fang around with and shattered at being deprived of the chance to swap paint with a Supra RZ, or a GT-Four.

Hey, hey hey!
Peugeot are not a fave of mine, but I got a lotta respect for some of their pocket rockets that they've had over the years. The 106 Rallye was a great little hatch to fang around against 100bhp opposition. The 206GTi wasn't half bad either at 180bhp and I hear the new 207 is even better.
The 306 and 307 are tardy, rubbish cars admittedly and the new 407 is one of the 'nosiest' cars I've ever seen. Can't believe Peugeot would pin an engine so far in front of the wheels. Wouldn't want to fang around the Great Ocean Road in that thing...
But the king of Peugeot's always has been the 205GTi and I'd rather like to see their 907 concept car. Everyone has a place in Gran Turismo. The more cars the merrier!
