The Indianapolis F1 circuit is a real circuit, based Primarily with in and using Turns 1 and the straightaway of the Indianapolist Motor Speedway.  The circuit was last used by F1 in 2005. This was the year that although a full grid 20 cars started on the formation lap but the seven Michelin Tyres shod teams all drove back into the pits dut to safety concerns with Michelin Tyres and the Diamond cut surface of the circuit, which had been re surfaced earlier that year..   Ony 6 Bridgestone shod cars took part in the full 73 laps with Micheal Schumacher coming 1st.

The Time Trial challenge is what it is. A time trial challenge to get the fastest time (top 20 in all) to partake in the GT Academy. If you cant do it then its you thats at fault not the game / demo.   I can get round roughly in about 1:45:xx and I know that I have no chance of getting with in the top 20 timeings.  I only downloaded the demo for fun. I like GT I quite like the way it has evolve. I usually drive on proffesional setting as this is the best way. Whats the point playing in "safe" Go pro and feel what driving is really like.  But hey you Like Forza, Rewind back past your mistakes then yeah go ahead stick to Forza, at least thats one less person to worry about for GT5.

Incidently do you still have stablisers fitted to your push bike?

Ok I will now attempt to decypher this.

I talk utter crap.

I dont like GT time trial as they chose to use the road track not the speedway, and I can only turn left.

I fined it even worse due to the fact that  my PAD wont fit into my 6 year old hands.

I dont know what a safe braking zone is.

People are so much faster they must be cheating.

All the fan boys say Forza 3 is great.

You dont need to brake (i actualy mean this, I went round the nurbergring and didnt have to touch the brakes, the computer brakes for you. NO REALLY!)

In forza 3 you can turn the T/c on so much that it like a train.

I look realy crap. My body is damaged and I look all wrong.

25% of GT5 fans can read this and make perfect sence.

But 95% of forza fans can read this as this is how us 360 fan boys comunicate.

To the best of my ability I have managed to make some sence of it, I had to get my girldriend to help, after all che speaks japanese and was able to make more sence out of it than I could.

Actually, a few FORZA fans are talking up this demo and like it (check out their forum), so we shouldn't all label than as being Dan Greenawalt wannabes. If fact, I'd love to hear what Dan's time trial times are with this.

im sorry guys, but the guy at the top may have a point.  i street race different  cars, and also do karting. I gotta be honest - if this is the same handling we're gonna get in the full game, then it seems like gran turismo have gone down the same slope as 'need for speed'.  In the name of trying to make the game realistic they've completely gone over the edge and made it very unrealistic. You try to drive that nissan 370z as you would with the real car, and it behaves as though ur driving on a frozen lake. i actually realised i could corner a lot faster and more smoothly, by simply jamming on the hand-brakes at each turn -  i MEAN C'MON, THATS NOT REALISTIC AT ALL,  try that in real car, and it'll just slow u right down.  BUT UNFORTUNATELY A LOT OF PEOPLE WHO CANT EVEN DRIVE A MICRA IN SNOW ARE CAPITALISING ON THESE PHYSICS FLAWS AND USING IT TO ACHIEVE GOOD TIMES.  how are the truly best drivers supposed to shine.  personally i found gran turismo 3 and 4 to be the best of the franchise so far. prologue / HD / GT5 time trial,  have all been a been a bit of a let down.  

Also:  im thinking of investing in a steering wheel (the £99 one from argos. cud someone tell me if there's much advantage/ difference with the steering wheel as compared to the ps3 pad, which iv used for donkeys years?  pls inbox me @ ra06cer@yahoo.co.uk
