After updating to 2.05, when playing Spec-B, once the game starts, I only hear the noise on the background by my screen is just plain black then after 10 secs, that's when the screen loads and says "START" even ifthe game already has started. Anybody encountered this issue?  = (

Yeah I had this issue last night while racing online. Its the first time I ever encountered it though.

I'd faced similar problem in the last few days, black screen while starting a B-spec race.

I only play GT5, after this update noticing game freezes while playing replay or in the middle of B-spec races. Except PS button all other buttons do not respond in the controller. I am able to quit the game using PS but it takes more than 15 minutes to return to the home screen, all these time unusual loud noise from the laser head is heard. Anyone facing similar situation or is a PS3 error?

So after finally getting the game today over a year after it's release, I've now got 15 updates to do without being able to background update them >_<

It's going to take so loooong!

Anybody here discovered a fix for that issue with B-Spec I mentioned? Also, replays tend to get jerky at times. Updated even my PS3 firmware to 4.11, but to no avail. Thought things will get better for GT5, but seems one issue got fixed... then another issue arises.

I don't know about the black screen issue with Bspec folk's...but since the update i am finding that going from GTLife screen to Gt Auto is taking longer than it used to and returning from GTAuto to GTLife is taking an eternity..all i get is the GT logo on the screen, last night it had got so bad that i had to the quit the game and reload nearly everytime to get to GTLife after being in GTAuto...

Anyone else having this problem?

Yep. I put it down to my rubbish internet connection though. I've been staring at the GT logo for up to 15 minutes at times, mainly when trying to get to the GT Life screen from the main startup screen. Also when trying to access Seasonal Events. Was determined to see it through, but in the end gave up and wept like a girl.

Played B-Spec Endurance yesterday and one thing I also observed was even if my car is already using medium racing compund tires to start with, after a lap or two, it will ask you to do a pit stop so that tires will be changed again for racing medium compound then aftyer that, all is good then. But it should not dbe doing that. Geessshhhh!
