Grand Tour Unlocks

I got gold on everything but havent unlocked any of the photo locations :Confused::Cry::Help:

 

* Siena - Piazza San Campo = Grand Tour Sienna stage

* Kapellbrücke - Luzern Chapel = Grand Tour Luzern stage

* Siena - San Gimignano = Grand Tour San Gimignano stage
* Siena - San Galgano = Grand Tour San Galgano stage

I unlocked all of those locations without getting gold in any of the events, so why you haven't unlocked them, I have no idea!
