HAHA Guess what I just bought on eBay

... Gran Turismo 2... 5 bucks.  $6 postage mind, so 11 bucks all up, SCORE!

Haven't played it in a long time, I realise it won't work with my G25, but I only really bought it to have some fun and get those Racing Mods again, they were fun!

This will entertain me until GT5.

Wonder how it's going to look upscaled to 1080p lol!

Well done... :smileyvery-happy:

My ex picked up new copies of GT1 and GT2 a few years back (after we had spent many hours both on my GT3 save, and I had just got into GT4P) , which was I was stoked about because I never owned either, but played both a lot after my flatmate borrowed them off his brother for months..

Next thing she gave them away to her best friend's daughter for a xmas present... :Argh:

Women!

Oh well, if the nostalgia takes over, you could click click...

Has anyone else got this playing on the PS3?  I'm thinking its going to look really crap on my 40" haha.  Mind you, there are heaps of PS1 classics on the PSN to buy, so it can't look that bad... I've never played one on my LCD before, but I have played Supersonic Racers on my mates 50", that was cool :smileyhappy:

Speaking of which - that game is STILL one of the best party games around (Battle Race mode, 4 player - can't beat it), but the disc we were using was scratched really bad -  does anyone know where to find a copy of it?  Not even the internets can help me!

EDIT: Just found it on eBay for 7.95!!!  GOLD

Re: HAHA Guess what I just bought on eBay

Yeah I've fired up GT2 a few times on the PS3.  I have used it more on the PSP via Remote play, which works quite well for something a bit different, but after a couple of races, I just get hungry for GT4 or GT5P and move on.

Never played Supersonic racers, but did play the hell out of Circuit Breakers, if I remember right, it was made by the same guys who made Supersonic Racers, and some of the best fun with 4 people and a PSone.  The next closest game to those 2 would have then been Mashed on PS2, another great 4 player top down racer
