Seeing as a replay on your HD is just made up as a DAT file then intheory it randomly chooses a certain piece of music from the in game selection provided, hence when you replay the same replay back to your mates for the umpteenth time it should have differnt music each time.
In theory during the conversion progress of the replay from the dat file to the replay fileshould one want to upload to you tube , there should be a non music option ticked somewhere in the scripting of the replay as its converted into an MP4 file. I dont think the Music Copyright" will be an issue.
I would lalso beleive that the options for the videos would be as follows:-
Upload file to You Tube
Save to Videos (PS3)
Discard
(much the same as they are for just cause)
Do we know if the PS3 can capture in game video at 1080P.?

Replays haven't been explained much yet, except to say that they will be at 30 frames per second, to allow added video effects. I'm pretty sure the replays would be the same maximum res as GT5 - 1280 x 1080.

I had this notion when the you tube application in GT5 was announced, that not only would i be able to edit videos with my own choice of music off my hdd, but at some point (probably after six months of playing) ...i could edit a video with my virtual driving on display and my very own guitar riffs in the background!! (iva mate who's gotta mixing desk) and share with the world!!
just think that would be cool

Well in theory, if they give you the option to upload to Youtube or save to HDD ( like Just Casue 2) hten you shouldnt have a problem with the movie being saved. Just a decent editing suite that can export HD MP4. I currently use Pinncale Studio 10 with a few additions, but it does not like MP4 video format I have a few Just Cause videos to upload as well but they havent been sorted yet and I havent got my other YT Channel sorted either so it might be a while.
