PSN being down made the news on radio1 at 15:30 today (friday)

must  be a pretty major overhaul to take this long (or Anon broke something during their attacks)

Death, War, Storms, Oil, Traffic Jams, Smog and oh the PSN is down! Thats some hot news that 94% of the country (UK) will not even understand.

In the old days you got annoyed when it rained and you could not get out to play.

Nowadays you get annoyed if the PSN is down and can't play.

Still this is some major maintenence whatever is happening at SONY SKYNET CYBERDYNE SYSTEMS.

missed out on a few paints and museum cards, plus all the cash and XP from remote racing , but as soon as the system is up and running, we'll make that back in no time

Think we need to remember that the PSN s a free service, ok we pay for ps3,broadband etc... but there is no monthly fee.......so can we really complain.

Thing is, I know people who have paid money for games over the past few days (portal 2 for example) especially to play online.

Yes PSN is free but the games people play on it AREN'T
