Lost upgrades

Ibought some upgrades to fit later for my M3 including stage 1 weight reduction nd some others but chose to fit them later so i could race the car in it's original form first. (I was going for the penniless trophy) but now I have no idea where to find these upgrades. Does anybdy know where they might be stored? In tuning I can see the number purchased but I don't know where they are...

 

Please help!

Along with paint and the other junk..  

YouTube PS3 companion app HD video, NA 1.04/EU 1.00 720p HD Video
( Remote access controll usage, No DS3 used... )
