My B-Spec driver stuck

When I play with my B-Spec character I can't level it up. It stuck at the end of line of level 25.  The strange thing is that my overall B-spec level at the top of the home screen still going up and it's 26 now????

What can I do with that character to level it up?????

Well i know that your drivers skill level, and the Bspec level are actualy two different level systems. They look like the same because they level up at more or less the same speed but they are different. As far as the freeze in the skill level is concerned, im stumped on that one sorry.
