They don't have the license for Formula One, but the teams can license the cars independant of the F1 License. So the Ferrari F1 car will be in GT5, and you can bet the Polyphony Digital F1 will be back in (can't wait to race that with a wheel!) and there may be a few other F1 cars show up, it depends on what licenses PD can get. There was an interview a while back where KY states that it is possible to get more F1 cars in the game but is hard work.
Awesome news btw, pretty much confirmed that GT5 will be the benchmark sim racer for this generation.
