Hi there,

I usually buy cars from the car dealership just to get the paint chips, however I've had it several times that I didn't receive the paint after buying a car...

is this a known issue...?

Some cars dont give paint items, all race cars is an example, just buy normal road cars if you are doing it for paints ans there will be no problems.

I know however some normal cars don't give paint chips either for instance I didnt receive the matt black paint chip when I purchased the toyota ft86....

 (It's not because its a rare colour either because I do receive the matte black and nero nemesis chips when buying the Aventador and the lexus LFA)

I think the only thing that you will be able to do to fix this, if you notice that itthe issue continues, is to re-install the game updates. That seems to be the standard way of getting rid of odd little problems.
