Lordross, I'd advise you put some min requirements on, I borrowed a car to someone earlier and never received it back and seem to have been Blocked by the guy I lent it too

Doesn't bother me, was only 350k, I earn that much in 30 minutes.

You have pointed out the ugly side of a swap shop, I don't really know how to prevent such instances except make sure you trust the friend you are giving it to.

Any ideas are welcome? Naming and shaming is obviously not an idea that is welcome however, due to the fact it will break forum House Rules.

Perhaps give Kudos to those members who have successfully swapped or given a car as agreed.  At least that way we can get a better idea of who is trust worthy.

Gifting cars to friends can be a risky business, so I guess only do so if you are willing to risk losing the car.

Not sure what you mean by min requirements though.
