Premium Car Bug

I was driving my Subaru Imprezza WRC 2008 on one of the special events and noticed the hands of the driver moving but the steering wheel not! The steering wheel showed no sign of movement and was locked in a slightly left position. This happened to me several times. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and maybe PD could sort it out?

Thanks

I have the same problem, it happened to my Silvia (s15). I also have a problem with the paus menu some times. and have to quit the game to get out of a race. This things started after the latest update.

Re: Premium Car Bug

There are a bunch of other cockpit animation bugs which they haven't bothered to fix yet. For example, the 'hand twitch' when turning the wheel 90 degrees clockwise when in a paddle shift car. A number of cars also have the drivers arm attempting to move a gear stick which doesn't actually exist, most prominent in the highly expensive Alfa.

I get this in the Ferrari 458 as well.

Re: Premium Car Bug

I noticed this on B spec with a Red Bull. When you put it in cockpit view, the steering wheel stays stationary while the drivers hands move. Looks like it is being steered with the paddle shift.

Re: Premium Car Bug

The reason why you get these flaws in the game is because PD was being rushed at the end of GT5's development. GT5 was delayed oncebefore release and they didn't want to tick GT drivers/drifters/whatever off again so they skipped some stuff. If they had more time then this would mean less flaws and more premium cars :smileyhappy: .
