Hello,

 I recently buy SCPH 90004 CB Pal Version and buy Gran turismo 4 dvd pal version. Both are Pal support. When i start game it show me insert memory card i then inserted memory card. Then it format and add game data to it. After that It start showing blank screen showing nothing for several mins maybe here movie need to show and need to select .

Please help me in this.

Is the disc in good nick? Are there any scratches or marks that could be bad enough to cause a problem?

Yes i just it  new ..original dvd boxed

Any time a PS2 has trouble reading a GT4 disc, the first thing that needs doing is cleaning (the disc and laser lens). Just because they are new, doen't mean they aren't dirty.

Once that is done, then you need to test for problems again.

 - if it clears up the problem, then you're done

 - if it doesn't clear up the problem, then you need to do more research (start with SCEE)

Please keep us informed as to what works because your problem is not a common one.
