yeah, they are still in my car list but with a yellow exclamation mark next to it saying i need to re-install the dlc... i will give the family pack a go tomorrow if it doesn't cost

Okay, so i bought the speed test pack for gt5 and i could use it (obviously). but after a few days it dissapeared from my menu screen and even when i went into online lobbies i couldn't get onto the track. it said i needed to purchase the software before i could use it. the thing is it is still installed on my game and i have tried deleting the game data utility 3 or 4 times and then reinstalling all of the DLC's, it lets me use everything else that i bought but not the speed test pack. Does anyone know how to fix this or this there a customer service number i could ring (not psn because i rang them and they said i have to ring the game developers but they did not provide me with a number)....

I am grateful for any help on the situation  so if anyone can help me then thanks.

Hi, I don't know if you've noticed but on the Gran Turismo section of the Playstation Store, there are 2 free "family pack" upgrades available. One is for the DLC cars while the second is for the tracks. I would recommend downloading both, then restart the game and hopefully your purchased content will reappear and become accessible once more.

I don't know how to contact PD directly. If you continue to experience problems after trying the above suggestion, please post back here and maybe somebody else will be able to assist with the contact details.

Customer Service should not have said this because PD does not deal with customers.

SONY's CS is supposed to support GT.

If I remember correctly, the "Family" updates should fix your problem.

If not, please let us know.

The thing is i did install them not that long ago but i installed them on one of my accounts which i accidently deleted so i cant download them on my other account, but the silliest bit about it is that i can only remeber my username and password but not the email address, so i cant retrieve the account because i have no idea what my email address is. so now im stuck.

I may be wrong, but I have the feeling the 'Family Pack' DLC was only related to the original DLC pack.

Car, tracks, paints and suits.

If so, it wouldn't fix any 'Speed track' DLC issues.

Apologies in advance if that's not correct.

The "Family Packs" for cars and tracks is an ongoing fix to allow DLC to be also available to download for other accounts on you PS3.

So it will work with "Car Pack 2", the "Speed Test Pack" and "Car Pack 3".

Double post but meh.

Do you have confirmation that this actually works?

If you read the text related to the 'Family Pack' is does state, not verbatim, but along the lines that the pack is related to the Racing Car Pack released 18th Oct. 2011.

Regarding the Course Family Pack. this states, again not verbatim, but that it's related to the Course pack with Spa, and the 2 kart tracks.

Simply questioning confirmation that this works with the other DLC's.

Because the text related to these Family Packs in the PSN Store would suggest otherwise.
