I hate rally!

I really do hate the rally events, unrealistic handling and the infernal 5 second penalties see to that. However, they are some of the most beautiful tracks on the game so I should think about making an effort to finish them off. I've put it off for too long so it's about time I asked for some advice in the amazing 'Got a GT4 Related Question? Get an Answer Here' thread. I've done both easy and normal, altough they should of been called very easy and easy. Hard on the other hand is not so easy... why would it be! All I need is recommended cars and if possible some tuning advice or suggested set-ups for the races below. I'd have to double check as I think I've done the snow events and Cathedral Rocks races but I honestly can't remember. Thanks in advance for any pointers. SPECIAL CONDITION HALL (HARD): Grand Canyon Ice Arena Chamoni Swiss Alps Tahiti Cathedral Rocks (Trail I) Cathedral Rocks (Trail II)

Well, u didnt say anything about doing this in style so I suggest fighting the power that b in the form of time penalties etc by using an extremly fast rally car combined with wallriding. 1st, U need a suitible car. I'd reccomend a car with a long wheelbase, such as an evo or scooby rally car (I used the bug-eyed prototype, which can b won by completing the normal capri rally). Win the Yosomite rally 1, hard in recomended car, and you'll win the Suzuki Escudo Pikes Peak car. Now u hav the weapon to smash the opposition in all the other events . If they still give u the ****s, in the form of time penalties, just wall ride some of the corners. Some people say it aint possible, BUT IT IS!!!!!!! U can either go in there nice and slow, gently tap the front in, then accerlate out of the corner. Or u can go in there a little faster, pop the handbrake to get the rear out, then hit the rear into the corner and accerlate. The 2nd way is a bit riskier then the 1st, esspecially on snow, yet if u do em properly, u can win a race quite easily . Thats my suggestion anywayz . Oh and Odogg.......

I changed the alloy wheels on my car. How do i change them back to the original ones the car came with? So i can enter un-mofified car races.

Just a cheeky joke Machacaz, didn't mean to cause offence As for the wheel problem, never actually done it myself but when you're in the wheel shop is there an option to return to default wheels in the same way you can remove a rear wing that's been added?
