I've been thinking.

If there is one major type of event that could be held, and as yet hasn't happened, it would have to be a real time/limited time B Spec event/seasonal.

Yep, it's essentially the same as the B Spec remote events, but you have to be online, and in control of your driver at the actual time of the event, or at least post a time within a limited time period.

I could be wrong, but if there can be a room available to enter B Spec seasonals by yourself, I'm not sure why there can't be multi-player B Spec seasonals up for offer.

Be it true time line, or limited time period.

In a fashion, this was what the GT Academy was all about.

Agreed, each player entered the event when they chose, and then registered their best time.

And the time period was quite extensive ... But,

Why can't this happen for a seasonal, instead of simply beating all other cars controlled via GT server AI?

So, perhaps it's a real time event, or perhaps it's a limited period to post a time, then move onto the next 'round'. ... etc. etc. until you reach the final.

Then proceed to the final race, either via real time or time limit, to register your best time to finally take the title.

Personally I would like to see it as a real time event, but a short limited period to post a time would at least be a decent start.

I may have not expressed exactly what I have pictured, but I'm sure you get some idea of where I'm headed.

They could call it the B-spec Automatic Faster Pace Button Bash championship. 

Live B-spec Championship races with out manual interaction was done on GT-planet were you sit watching the Live timing board over a set number of weeks at a set time during the day. The live camera feed of the race option was dropped due to bandwidth problems of the host on GT-planet.

PS Remote racing is currently down on the Web sites. PS3 usage only for now.
