Replay issue

I have just finished a race, and the replay came on as usual, I couldn't exit afterwards. The replay played out in full and at the end of the picture has frozen... As if the main menu does't exist anymore. Anyone got this problem?

What Race event was it.....

YouTube PS3 companion app HD video, NA 1.04/EU 1.00 720p HD Video
( Remote access controll usage, No DS3 used... )
