Re: Seasonal Events

Cheers... if I decide to do a cash grind I might do that... :smileyhappy: .. so close to Level 40, I should get it in a couple more hours hopefully... The Audi is fine, but you ideally need to monitor the whole race.. particularly as he keeps wanting to pit when you don't want him to later in the race..

Re: Seasonal Events

Yeah I did it with a couple the Audi cars myself. Except that I went one extra lap on the Hards than the AI so the 3rd or 4th lap, then the Inters for the rest so he didn't nag me to pit in as much, it sure takes quite a bit of 'managing' especially on that most southern hair-pin.

Are you able to put 1 or 2 of these Audi's on share?

I have only done the 2J trick, and want to complete it "properly". None of the cars I have can hang with the R8's out the front.

Re: Seasonal Events

You should be able to use any car, just make sure you run max downforce so they don't slow down too much in the wet and pit on end of lap 2 for inters, and end of lap 6 or 7 for inters again.

[ Edited ]

Shared them yesterday, hope you saw them, it's actually quite easy with the R8s.

One R8 was shared from each account.

I stay on Racing Hards and pit on the 4th lap -- one more than the AI.

Usually you can be leading or take them when they are pitting by this stage.

Stay just below the half-way mark on the temperament gauge but always instruct 'slow down' once or twice well before that southern hair-pin.

Then just stay on the Inters until the end, cancel the auto pit on the 8th or 9th lap, because you did one extra lap at the start -- your Inters will last the rest of the race.

Once you are in the lead and on inters, try and keep your driver as slow as possible without them getting too close, your Inters will thank you on the final lap.

The final margin is quite substancial.

Pretty decent Seasonals this week

Used the Lotus Elise for the 400pp, the Zonda for the 500pp and the Troll-2J for the 650pp

Special Stage R5 looks like a grinder as well for credits 900k in 7 minutes is pretty crazy.

I also took another shot at the Cape Ring & Sukuka TT's from last week, (last time I tried it was like 4am and yeh)

They are good.

I used a RX-8 Type E for the 400pp, Lancia Stratos for the 500pp (that was a mission !! No SRF and that thing is so tail happy) and I tried a 647pp Cien but lost by just under 2 sseconds.

Will give it another go and get it right.
