Yes, topic is stupid but I will lower myself into position with some people who rants about everything....
a thing about reverse gear, standard cars doesnt have reverse lights animated, but if you reverse your car rear end near to a wall, you can see the actual light coming from back end.
so is this yet another bug they need to fix because it will ruin the whole idea of driving, similar to shaggy shadows OMG how can I ever play the game again :/
But surely, games always had bugs, there will always be bugs and now every console is online capable, people are ranting about bugs that should be fixed, when those who have played games from early 90's has some common sense left.
But funny thing is that GT5 has actual light effect from reverse lights when they are not animated in standard cars, odds are the mysterious of game developing.

So what is this? A moan about people that moan about bugs? How pointless. Even more so given the obvious flame bait at the end there.
It's a consumers right to expect the products they pay for to work properly right out of the box, and not to have to wait months for them to be fixed. While I would agree that some of the things people moan about (which often aren't even proper bugs) are pretty rediculous, there is nothing wrong with moaning about things which are clearly broken and/or affect the gameplay itself. If no-one moaned they would never bother fixing anything, would they?

Although the standard cars don't have working reverse lights it shows that the lighting dymanics or effects are there and just waiting for them to slowly get round to adding the correct animation to each of the standard cars.

Look on the bright side, at least you get free window tint with each and every standard car 
. Plus, if you're just racing along, this 'bug' wouldn't matter much. When was the last time you ever needed to go into reverse gear in the middle of a race apart from spinning out deliberately 
.
Plus this is something that can be easily fixed, but it will take a while because 8/10 of cars are standard, leaving a total of 800 cars to add this animation.

Surely this is a 'bite' thread.
Looking for serious arguments against a 'pretend/insignificant' problem with the game, purely chasing thread hits against a silly issue.
Who actually drives backwards, using the reverse view looking at the back of the car, while competing in a car race??
C'mon OP, post and come clean with this 'issue'.
