I can't get it to work either
It says on the back of the card (under the code) to go to gran-turismo.com for terms and conditions, I went there, searched for 30 minutes and couldn't find anything.

Same here, my code isn't working. There are also no details about the competition, like what do you have to do?

I had the same problem.  Code wasnt accepted via the PSN store.  However i did find this on gtplanet.

The competition details are:

Stage One

Hi, I've just phoned the number on the back of the GT5 manual. They say the codes are inactive, until the competition officially opens on the 10th December Not long to wait

got the same info before reading above post : probably got to sort out online before they start running the comp

does the usb play directly on the ps3 or is it only playable on a pc ?

And i got two cards inside the wallet  is that norm or just lucky !!
