So i've officaly had 7 cars stolen & thanks to v1.07 cant get them back & player is refusing to give them back at my requests.

Nice to log on after a month off + earthquakes destroying my city to find out this!

The deal was he could borrow & return after races so i lent him 1 per race of the class & so far i know he has sold 2!

Where can i complain to get this player banned from the game? or action taken to restore/resolve this  issue?

& also how do i get my cars back as this is theift! & not doing so nor having any means would mean Playstation & polyphony condones & supports theift + is an accessory to it under my countries law........(just saying)

You 'gave' it to him. I know it ruins the community but unless you really know them, I wouldn't 'give' them away

its not theft
the system is set up as a gifting system, effectively you are giving the car to him when you transfer it, not lending it no matter what the agreement was with him.
only swap or lend to players you can trust and that you know.
you cant report him because technically he has done nothing wrong. you used the gifting system to gift him a car, there is no obligation for him to return the are and nothing can be done.

Good news is, the borrow system works fantastic. I would suggest this option moving forward.

You will have to take it up with the guy.

PD have it named "gift car", so as far as they are concerned you gave them away.

If you came to a verbal agreement otherwise you will have to sort it out in a civil court or something.

My point exactly. The only option you have is to take it to a civil court and force him to give them back.

Now that the game deosnt let you trade high value cars I would say they are lost as even if someone did rule that they are your property, how would he be able to give them back?

Its unfortunate for him, but a gift is just that.

The concept is ridiculous, but it is just about the only option if he cant sort it out himself.

I would never do it, but dont put it past people.
