Steering Wheel Help!!!!

Hi guys, I've just received an email with the date for the GT5 Academy race series. As a massive GT fan and real life racer, I need to attempt at least to up my game! I only play with a dualshock at the moment but I know the best way to play the game is with some sort of wheel and pedal combo, but which one????

 

I don't have a budget, just want to know your thoughts on the best set-up, any pics would help
