Hy guys!

Yesterday I went playing online for the first time. Unfortunatelly I encountered one glitch which made racing nearly impossible. 

Randomly car starts turning by itself.... without pressing anything on controller. I use analog sticks for steering and L2, R2 for accelerate and brake.

When i pay offline everything works perfectly. I tried with my both controllers and it's the same.

Does anyone has a clue what is wrong and how it could be fixed?

Did you notice if there was any red circles on the diagram of the car at the bottom?

This might be because you suffered some damage to the car that was affecting the steering? If so pick a race where the damage does not affect the car or do't crash.

Damage sounds the most likely cause. There is no damage on normal A-spec but there often is online. The host can change the settings of damage. If it is set to "light" the damage is temporary. If "heavy" it is permanent (thankfully not often used!)

I don't race in public lobbies, but it should be used more often. It's a great deterrant to idiotic driving.

Agreed it is a deterrent, but when someone pushes another into a barrier and the victim gets all the damage, well, need I say more?

 On the surface, I'd say your problem is just another "one-off" that only you get. GT5 players have had quite a few examples of these and they usually are fixed with re-installing the game updates.

I have not heard of anyone else with similar problems (having steering problems while on-line).

Nothing is ever perfect. However, getting pushed into a wall happens far less often in my experience than being hit during an ridiculously over-aggressive overtake attempt that was never going to work. Hence, full damage all is more of a pro than a con in our races.

It was damage indeed... I see that I need more practise to compete in most of races online...

At least it's better than the crash damage on Race Driver Grid. Usually first corner half the cars are out of the race because people crash into each other.
