Re: Sunday 25/07/2010 SFS Mine's BNR at Expert PP700 HSR Reverse

I've got a R1 set up. I've only tested it in TT mode against my S3 set up. There isn't much between them in lap times. The R1 is infront all the way around, until the straight. When it loses out to more powerful S3 set up. I post my R1 set up, up later on

I'll post the setup i've been using, but it's not much quicker (or slower) than dekka with his tune.
I'd be happy to receive any tips if anyone tweaks this and gets better results.
My best lap without slipstream was 1'08.529

power -12  weight 107%   R2/R1  aero 12/20

height      -9/-11
springs     7/8
damper    5/6
toe           -0.02/-0.10
camber    1.2/0.8
brakes      6/7
max turn  40
tcs            off
abs           1

3.827
2.360
1.685
1.305
1.051
0.875

3.485

Re: Sunday 25/07/2010 SFS Mine's BNR at Expert PP700 HSR Reverse

I'd like to say I really like this car...but I dont. God its twitchy. For a 4WD car it behaves more like a RWD, the back end kicks out far too easily. Using a slight tweak on Systemdek's tune I can average high 1'10's with a best of 1'09.678...BUT only with traction control set to 2. Without assistance my average shoots up to low 1'12s and a best of 1.10.998. Any suggestions as to the best way to minimise oversteer on this beast without....y'know....cheating with T/C?

camber 2.5 / 1.0

brakes 7 / 6

tcs off

abs 1

im gettin low 109s to mid 109s

There all good times everyone. But I've got one question. Are the times set when racing other people?

I tried the R1/R1 setup this morning and managed 1.09.845, with the S3/S3 I was doing a bit of wall bashing.
