NOTES
Why the License tests? well, i've been thinking about this for ages but never had the balls to do it before, and i wanted it to be an equal challenge for each driver, no pikes peak escudo's at the top of the board thank you!
any questions? something ive overlooked? please ask, i'm trying to make it as fair and easy as possible for each driver.
But i do want to thank the great one, mastr gt who advised me on rules and format stuff, i couldnt have done it without him!
Have Fun!
multiple edits coz it wont let me do line breaks
