it is a very hard event.  i did it that way deliberately, i tried to get them in difficulty order!  i have traditionally never got gold in any of the rally events but i have in all but citta di aria because i couldnt compete in it through sickness.  im hoping to get gold in this one, im not arsed if i dont beat anyone, just to get gold.

i do have a couple of dilemmas however, first is my lack of gt4, see my thread about it, and second is that im away in tamworth for a couple of days, from tuesday.

i'd still like times in before midnight on tuesday, and i will check them when  i get back and announce the winner!

when my playstation gets fixed, or i borrow a ps2, i'll announce a brand new Time Trial championship!

This track is interesting, you need to be totally commited, but at the same time very controlled in places.

One thing I am pleased about having revisited these liscence test, is that I've managed to beat my 2006 times at all of the tracks.

So a 2'23.573 for me, not sure if I will get a chance to have another run at it before the deadline.

heres my time.  im glad to get gold on it but i do have a problem and its this

yes, its a ps2.  ive done, and got gold on all bar the citta di aria rally.  which ive never done before.  but they were on the ps3!  to make matters a little trickier, i hadnt done a single special license test on that red memory card, so if i want to do a ring lap, i have to do all 15 tests to do it.  anyway, my time.  not as fast as dekka's, but its a gold!

i have explained that im away tomorrow night, i have to go to tamworth, but i hope to have that business wrapped up by wednesday, so i am going to postpone the end of this rally, and the championship til i get back, so you all have an extra day to get some times in.  so thats wednesday at 23.59pm gmt.

Aphexstwin, congratulations on another Gold, perhaps you should do a run at the Citta di Aria, just to complete the set.

And thanks for this TT it was most enjoyable.

As you could see from my previous run dates, it had been a while since I had visited these licence tests in GT4, and I had forgotten how much fun they were.

Also well done for sticking with it, despite the meagre attendance. A lesser person organising might have got despondent and given up on the TT.

Thanks to No46_The Doctor for pushing me to my limits, pity you missed the last event, but I know myself how other commitments can get in the way.

And to all those who looked in and thought about doing this TT, well now you just don't know what you missed!

Still as Aphexstwin says he will be running another TT in a couple of weeks, that gives you time to dust down your PS2's or just locate that GT4 disk and stick it in your BC PS3 (now that it's not giving an error) so you can give it a go next time.

Sorry guy's, my PC got a virus, decided it was time to upgrade anyhow, so built a new PC with Windows 7, but I couldn't log into the forums for some reason, now I can and I haven't changed anything, anyway, looking forward to the next event. On the upside, an Intel i5 processor does make the forum a little quicker......................
