The Best is yet to come...

with we have seen over the last week coming out of E3, whether we like it all or not, Gt5 looks like its going to be awesome.

However, it seems PD have held something back.

I wonder....i wonder....

Probably best not to expect too much or something that we don't already suspect of being in the game.

Statements like this are usually more about maintaining the hype rather than revealing anything particularly groundbreaking.

I agree with Remy, the best is indeed yet to come. You don't let all your eggs out the basket in one go, you let them hatch one at a time.

PD and Sony are very smart at marketing, they know the exact timeframe for the release, they have tidbits planned all the way up until the week of "all systems go". Kazunori is a secretive guy, there's still aces up his sleeve that he won't speak about until later on in the year.

I'm suspecting those things will be clarification of a livery editor and the modding system.

Seeing as GT has been pretty much the same for the last 13 years, the modifications are going to be totally revamped and I suspect GT5 is going to be deeper than any other game out there.

They keep their eye on the competition, too.

Thats not competition, thats just one of those "we need to show something at E3 guy's, anything !" moments of panic from Microsoft.

Re: The Best is yet to come...

That's not important. What is important is the potential related to pointing a camera at the driver. PD surely has their own potentials. :smileywink:

They were either innovative or close to being innovative with some features in GT4 (photo mode, printing, USB devices ) and I expect many more in GT5.
