Right o. I am going quicker than my current fastest. If I get it right I'm 3 seconds up after the first 1/3 of the course. But I'm making mistakes and crashing. Probably something to do with the fact I've had no sleep last night.

Once I'm back from my next trip to Bristol I'll give it another shot. So far then it's a 7'14.736

Nice time aphexstwin, this is the same path i took,lol. Little bit here little bit there!!

I really wish i`d thought to save my replay from back then, it was an eyeballs out on stalks not blinking for 7 mins......lol.

that is the perfect analogy of a racing lap of the ring. you really do have to concentrate all the time, so much to a degree where you have to factor in blinks and gasps of breath for fear of doing so at the wrong time and going off. an insight to my lap would be to get set for the jump and double right at flugplatz, rest, set for flat out at schwedenkreuz, hard brake at aremburg, tense down the hill then set for adenauer. after the first left, its easy till miss-hit-miss which i always mess up, wehrseifen and then ex-muhle. im okay then till wipperman - brunnchen complex. not much time to relax before the butt-clenching goes full tilt for the latter part of pflanzgarten. ive chilled by the little karrussel, and find the rest fairly simple, sing the hill and engine braking to get from 170mph to a chicane speed.
