You don't need to win it, you just go to Special License Test 16 and drive that car on that track.

lol. i thought my time was terrible but it ain't that bad i suppose. without pushing too hard i got a 7'05.xxx. so i'll try and beat that. and to think. i was pushing super hard thinking i couldn't get under 7 mins. i think i can with time. but not instantly. Edit: Sticky this place.
