Hello guys, 

I am playing this game about 1 and a half month and i am 30 level in A spec. People told tme that game had sent them the X1 prototype but i don't have it. Do you know how can i contact with the game and take mine ?

download the dlc and youll get it i did. It slaughters anything you throw at it. And even perlaps cars to. It can easily reach 300mph turns and brakes accerates flawless.

sorry for my unknowing but what was dlc ? is it the downloadable pack from the ps store which we have to pay for it ?

I think I am right in saying that Level 30 unlocks the S.Vettel Challenge in "Special Events" and I think the car appears in the dealership but you have to be level 40 to purchase.

If you get bronze in the S.Vettel Challenge you get the S.Vettel Red Bull X2010, Silver gets a standard X2010 and Gold gets the Prototype X2010. They are all the same performance wise, just different colours.

You can purchase the 1st downloadable content race car pack that has the X2011 prototype in it.

btw. the car is no longer called the X1, but is now X2010.

You also get gifted an X2010 when you reach B-Spec Lvl 30, if you don't fancy, or are having problems completing Vettel Challenge

Corrected for you...

There are now 2 X series cars in the game X2010/X2011 DLC model.

thanks one final question if i buy that car pack do i have to buy the car or it appears on my car delivery box ?

If you buy the car pack that includes the X1, then you get the X1 ... no extra Cr's, just unload from the delivery truck.

It's been a while, but from memory here's the deal.

Lvl 30 either A or B Spec unlocks the Seb. Vettel challenge.

3 race challenge.

all bronze = RedBull livery X1 2010.

all silver = random colour .

all gold = X1 prototype (also known as carbon)

Lvl 35 B Spec = free Redbull livery X1.

(nothing else required ... simply reach Lvl 35 B Spec)

Lvl 40 A or B Spec + 20mill Cr's and you can buy any colour X1 you want in New Car Dealers.

(but not RedBull livery or carbon)

A free X1 was also available for those that logged onto PSN and played GT5 within a limited period after Seb. Vettel won the 2011 F1 world championship.

(obviously that freebie has now finished)

Purchase of DLC pack gets you X1 2011.

All other cars described are X1 2010's.

Slight difference, almost the same, but the X1 2011 does have slightly better stats. and slightly different looks, and is only available via DLC.
