Yup... I definately won't be looking on GTPlanet at all once the Japanese version is out.

I'll hide away and stay most of the time offline. I'll probably just keep practicing on Prologue with the wheel for the wait hehe

I didn't bother importing Prologue for just this reason.<br>
There is no way I won't import GT5.

 Geez I could'nt  live with out the Interweb for 3 days over the christmas period, not alone 3 months!!!!

Hell I wont import but I will visit GTplanet. and get as much info on the game as I can. The Japanese will be the guniea pigs to an extent that any problems for them will be cured by having download a patch or two. But for us in the EU or US hopefully it should be incorparated intot he release version... in theory.  But I wouldnt be suprised if theres a huge install when you get the game home.. Still we will have to wait and see.

In the meantime its carry on playing the PSP version and buying cars that I like the look of.  Any one have 7 million credits spare for a Formula 1 Ferrari at all? 

Also to try and finsh driving all the cars on GT5P before June.

It would be intresting to see if Polyphony include 2008 versions of other Forumal 1 cars in their native liveries (not the Polyphony made up ones).

It would also be good to see what their position / provision for Trophies and Home would be. Perhaps a Gran Turismo Race suit as a costume?

i agree. its hard to wait. especialyl with the quickening of the pics/vid/interviews feeds.

i would love march to be the date, i think pd would. but what i can gather from gtplanet is that its down to marketing. and in march theres god of war. and final fantasy 13. thats already one hell of a month. but gt5 is a system seller anyway it wouldnt matter. it may not make break first days sales with the other two games out as well, but everyone, well people will still buy it eventually.

while i dont want too many spoilers myself, there is a biggy i do want to know:  gt mode.  im praying for all encompassing gt mode with races.  just races, not the set the fastest lap stuff while everything holds you up or having the dumbass ai block you in the first corner of an overtake challenge.  have all that for arcade mode or driving challenges (like gt4's missions).  if theres no gt mode then im not buying, because the stuff you have to do in prologue reminded me why i traded it in the first place.  and i hope eiger goes aswell.  in fact im off to japan with a gun to make sure its done my effing way!!!!
