I'm wondering if anyone can help me out. I purchased the new course pack for driving the Spa track. Through the PlayStation Store I purchased, downloaded and installed the pack- well, I received dialogue boxes saying it was downloaded and installed.
I see the pack registered in Game Data Utility (in the games menu) for the day and date of purchase. I started GT5 and looked under the download button (in GT5 update 2.0) at start of game but nothing showed up. I then looked in practice to see if the track was there. It wasn't. I've looked everywhere in GT5 but can't find the track.
I have received an email saying my purchase of the add on has been charged to my account. But no Spa track or karting tracks. I'm not sure if the package has not installed properly or I have not done something to install it into the GT5 program.
Can anyone help me out here to find where it is or activate it?
Many thanks.

If its not in the DLC section of the menu (before entering GT Life or Arcade mode) then I suggest re-downloading it from PSN Store.

What is the DLC section in GT5?

This is the first time I have downloaded purchased content with PS3 and am not sure if I'm doing things right.
I have deleted the DLC course file in Game Utility and went to PlayStation Store to download the course DLC again. Again I went through the download process, finishing with "install completed" note from the PS Store. I then checked in Game Utility to see if new course file was registered. It was as the time and date were correct.
After starting GT5 I checked the Download Content button, which tells me I have not purchased any online content. I then check GT5 and look for Spa track. Not there.
I'm really stumped and confused. If I can't get this download after paying for it who do I contact for reimbursement or tech. help?

Do you have an Aussie disk?

I purchased disc from EB Games, so yes it is an Aussie one.
Does this have any impact on downloading and installing the course DLCs?

Only if you had a non Australian disk and are purchasing Australian content.
Try working through this:

Hey there,
To make sure the region of your disc is definitely compatible with your account, look for a BLES-00000 code on the disc itself.
If it's BLUS, or BLAS, then unfortunately it will not work with an Australian / New Zealand account.
Cheers,

I'm really appreciative of your help guys.
My disc says "Manufactured in USA. BCUS - 98114. BPSS - 073080".
Does this tell you anything and will this work when living in Australia?

It wont work.
If you got said disk from EB games I would be taking it back and demanding they swap it.
Did you buy the game as a used copy??
