is it included..?

i am in the top 30 nationally but when try to fill out the form it says that i never took part in the event..which is impossible since i am in 159th position internationally in the rankings ..or at least my ps3 shows me that ..XD there r only 7 players from the UAE in the rankings...im in 4th possition....what does this mean? am i included or not?

i dont think the UAE was included, the countries that were eligible should be somewhere on the gt academy page
