On wireless mine said it would download in 1000 minutes, when I plugged it in I had it done in 10

did mine on mobile broadband in under 2 hours (never goes over 2mbs)

First up if its a fault with the phone line then contact the phone company. bnow if you have a 3rd party phone service provider ie you were once with BT but changed to Sky or (really dread to think of it )talk talk then you could be infor a battle.

 

Incidently mine took 7 minutes... yep 7 minutes on a 20 meg cable :smileyhappy:

 

I downloaded it at 6:13 in the morning. Its was installed in time for pancakes!!

Did you use a dongle cuz I dont think a ps3 supports a dongle
