What i would like to see released with gt5 is a car freshener / sample bottle 'new car smell' packaged with the game???? Anyway, on the replays they should have a camera low down on the road looking back at the car tracking it. They had this replay feature on V/Rally2 and it was just awesome watching the replays. This is just a pic i found to give you an idea what i meant.

i know its something petty but if can change my gear ratio to the smallest degree or shift the weight of car around i hope i can make some slight cosmetic changes. remember when we could wash our cars & change the oil in GT3.
(lol im reading into this too hard... slight cosmetic changes, really? it sounds better in my head) and also i hope there are more than 450 races and at least 1300 cars as they have had 5 years to do it

On top of most of the other good suggestions in here, I would like to see league racing supported where teams sign up for tornament races at a give time (Hosted in countries) so latency isnt an issue. Each tournemant has scheduled qualy, start times (aka most sim racing schedules), and can have defined rulesets. GTTV can host races..
But then pretty much they are replicating IRacing and so forth.. But with DLC widespread and broadband network prolific what better way to cash in on all the budding racers and converting them to sim racers.. Then again, i am sure you would struggle with wreckers, but having manditory teams may somewhat limit this (No one wants their teammates giving them a bad name)... unless you get a whole team of scrubs ..
That said, potentially if these were hosted, they could be penalised somehow, but that would require moderation (And added costs)..
It would just be good to get a mainstream (widespread) racing format .. i think GT would be a good brand if administrered properly and could self propogate promotion by airing events / sponsor advertising etc.. Afterall they have 60mio to payback.
Till then Rfactor will keep me busy ![]()
