the W427 is awesome yes, and it would probably be not too far behind a V8 supercar in terms of lap times if it had a pair of slicks on it (more torque and smoother delivery than a v8 supercar engine), but you can't say its better than a v8 supercar. for starters, the 427 looks great - from the front. The tail lights on the e series HSV range, ive seen worse, but i prefer the commodore lights, and in saying that, not the SSVs, just the standard ***** (ssvs are clear style - not as cool)... the race car just looks pure sex on wheels, especially with the right war paint, is purely race orientated, so it has a far better feel on the track, as you'd expect (probably a much differant story on the open road, but thats not GT5) and the noise of the race car, while not as deep, is enough to make my hairs stand on end.
in saying that though i'd love a W427 in my garage, and it deserves a place in GT5.
As far as the veryron goes, ive never seen any footage of the thing going around corners, but when its at full noise down a motorway, its just something else, so definatly worthy of being in the game.
oh, you meant a V8 supercar as in the race car, sorry I wasn't really paying attention, but yeh that would be cool

Yeah but there awesome (Skylines at least) and u can never have to much awesome.
Personally id like to see a Z31 300ZX Turbo purely because i own one and would love to thrash it around a track.
