Bit early to tell imo.
Obviously the supercars/super racers are going to handle best, but what gene are you partially talking about?? Or are you talking about ALL cars..

I used the Ferrari California. Tuned it up pretty much to the max. Was hard work on that course but managed it.

I find all those race prepared cars are set up really nicely, particularly as they run on slick tyres. Don't mess with them (upgrade) too much as it can unsettle the car completely at times.
Yeah Boris is right the race prepared cars are set up like a dream but what ever you do not tune them. If you must only slightly update the engline power.
I have the Mazda 787B Race car '91 and it is fantastic at handling especially at high speeds.

Ferrari F430 Scuderria.... Just did race pipe, induction and chip... thing flies like you wont believe and handles like a dream. Good taction off the line, excellent stability under braking.

I think part of the reason the race cars handle so well is that they have proper racing brakes attached, which you can't do when upgrading a stock car.
I made a thread about it too: ![]()

I Like the Mugen Motul Race Civic.
And
The Opel Speedster Turbo 00 (tweeked) for around the Tokyo 2246 (Schwarzwald League A), It has out standing holding, but can still bite you, if careless.
