After doing the race mod the driver's seat is missing!  Passenger seat is there.

THis can be seen by changing the view on replay and also in photo mode when paused in a race.

Can someone confirm this fault appears on a system other than mine?

I notice the seat is there on the non RM car.

Also I noticed the seat is there on the RM car whenever it is viewed without the driver in the car (photo travel and garage)

good point.  This is just meant to report GT5 issues... no matter how small to Sony

They seem to take notice and regularly give updates to fix other issues.  I cannot find another place to report this.  Forums appear to be the only way.

I love GT5, every part of it.  And I continue to use it most every day so I have an appreciation for the detail in the premium cars.  It would make a difference to me, but if it is not also important to others then it is a waste of time for sony to fix.

i did the RM change on the Elise and found that on the replay in car view the drivers seat was missing.

so i dont think its confined to your system mine is doing it too.

maybe we should check all the RM cars to see if its a common problem or only confined to the lotus

I quickly tested the existing RM cars I have:

Camaro SS RM '10

Civic Type R (EK) RM '97

TVR Tuscan Speed 6 RM '00

They are all good for seats, so probably others ok as well.

i tested mine and they were ok.

but yea the lotus had its drivers seat missing on the in car replay angle.

it was still there when looking at the car from the outside.

in viewing the car from the outside with the driver inside I think what you are seeing is the HANS device of the helmet safety system.  It is hard to see, but I think the seat is still missing.  Compare it with the passenger seat which you can see, the driver's seat should be the same height and would be obvious if it was there.

i paused it during the replay and zoomed in on the drivers side and saw that the drivers seat was still there from the outside.

its only when u see the incar view during a replay that the drivers seat is missing.

if everyone reads this can they have a look for themselves so PD can find out in some way.
