Anyone know when we get the save option for the endurance races??

thats a good question! the sooner the better! im not doing anymore of them untill i get this and if it takes much longer ill have saved enough money to just buy the prize cars rather than win them in these events! then theres no point doing them.

hopefully soon. im not touching them until the save feature is released. Endurance races bore the crap out of me there's no way I'm spending 4 or more hours sitting doing one race. I've always hated endurance races. Can't think of anything more boring than spending (for example) 9 hours doing one race.

All i have left to do in a spec is the endurance races over 4 hours and the formula gt series and i haven't done those yet purely cos of not being able to save the game mid race/series. I very rarely, if ever, have 9 hours free in one go to do an endurance race and i'm not about to leave my ps3 on with gt5 paused for 3 days to finish one race.

Just an autosave at each pit stop for endurance races and a save button after each race for the longer race series will be enough for me. Or an autosave at the top of each hour during races even.

I did the 4 hour Nurburgring in A-spec because I really wanted the prize car. I found if you use the X2010 you can race for 40 minutes, then park for 20 minutes while you have a stretch, go the washroom, make a sandwich, eat your sandwich... then return around the time the other cars catch up. Makes the 4 hours more bearable.

Last night I did the 200 mile Laguna Seca in A-spec... also in the X2010 to get it done as fast as possible. No point in resting during that one as it's based on laps, not time spent racing. It was actually a lot of fun racing the X2010 around that track - even 90 times. I've never seen tires smoking so much as when you're going around some of those curves, and the diving corkscrew at the back of the course is a blast in the X2010.

No way I'm doing anything over 4 hours though, without a save feature. I'll just keep redoing a variety of races for fun and to collect more cars, and try to gold some of the trophies I've got outstanding.

Can't wait for that save feature though, to finish up A-spec.

I haven't got to the endurance races yet but like others I will never have 9 hrs to play one of them !! I am really hoping this is added soon to the game as I am lvl 26 A-Spec and lvl 29 B-Spec

i agree i dont have the time to spend doing a 9hour + endurance in one go could really use a save function asap

Oh yeah, I got only 9 hour and both 24 hour endus left and I wont touch those until we can have the save option not worried about Bspec 24 hour races since Le Mans is already done with Bspec, just nurburgring left yahoo \o/

Why you like to go for a 24 hour race, twice? That is so long and boring. Anyway, I think having a save ponit on them make 24hour race useless. Well, I really wanted to have a save point when I race at one of them, but I am done now, no need ... LOL... I'd like to have save points if the 24 hour race trophy was like 25 million Cr., then I'd race again. Else, I earn 1.2 M on an expert race track, every hour.

yeah 24h endus should pay alot more Cr, like atleast 10 mil / race, wouldnt harm anyone in any way

but I will not rest until every race is finished
