iv seen plenty in game play online and driven one on my friends console but been shearching for almost a year now and still havent found one they dont turn up in the ucd i cheack every time it refreshes

I bought this from the OCD a couple of weeks ago I think. Didn't check in there I'm guessing? You could also use a level 21 ticket and randomly get it. 1/37 chance is pretty annoying to recycle through though. The best way I found was through the UCD and cycling through licenses 1-5 to refresh quickest.

I think it showed up a month or two ago on the online ucd. 

It took probably at least 6 months for it to show up in my normal ucd, and that was playing everyday for 6 months too !

good things take time I guess

no i havent looked in the ocd for a few weeks, and i think im long past gift car tickit 21, im just have to keep looking udc an ocd

Quickest way I have found if you are looking for a certain car is to go into Practice, load a track then exit, load another then exit, do this 5 times in total, this will refresh with all new listings in the Used Car Dealer, now go check it and see what's there. Not the car you want? Repeat, until you get bored...

Exchange practice with license tests.

Go from test 1-5 by hitting next. Thats the quickest.
