today i bought the dlc pack for gran turismo 5 off the playstation store, the payment was accepted however when i go into gt5 and select the dlc button on the main screen i get a msg that says "no dlc could be found" i know a few people have had this problem after searching the forum however i havent been able to find any answers. i bought the game off ebay and is from china (im in australia) so i dont know if that has anything to do with it but all i want is either a way to get it to work or my money back, and in the case of the latter who do i need to call/email about a refund?

You're trying to download the European (Australia and New Zealand fall under the umbrella of SCEE) DLC for the Asian version of Gran Turismo. That won't work. DLC is locked by region so that ratings and classifications for the DLC will match those of the game. I'm surprised that you weren't able to find this information by searching, as this problem crops up constantly when people buy games from overseas and try to download the DLC for it from their local Playstation®Store.

If you want to ask for a refund, call the Sony support centre nearest you. You can find the phone numbers in the back cover of any of your (European version) games.
