I have writen to your  e-mail, that i need upgrades for my GT5. Can i do it, if i am in europe  or clearly in  Latvia?

 

Because i have been tried, and there aren't option, laike make my country "LATVIA".

 

I there some way how i can download theese  upgrades?

 

I am very big fan of this game and have little bit money to expend - CAN I DO IT FOR GT5 UPGRADES!!!

Are both your console and GT5 disc from Europe?

I also presume your PSN service is from SCEE, too.
