Hi everyone,

Just thought I'd pop in to bring the good news to you!

ESRB have just rated both GTA 3 & GTA Vice City for the PS3!!!!

Whatever about GTA 3, but I'm super excited for Vice City!!!! .....Tommy was my favourite protagonist by far...my childhood memories are coming back to me, ahh the nostalgia!!

Although I'd still love to see San Andreas, that was my all time favourite game! 

Oh and of course this doesn't necessarily mean that it's for definite, but it's a step in the right direction!

Your thoughts?

As much as I loved vice city think it would definitely benefit from a hd upgrade first. Plus I'd rather them just get on with making and perfecting GTA 5.

Yeah I'd presume it would be HD anyway, right?....I don't see them releasing them with outdated graphics, that would be pointless.

Although I can't wait for GTA V either, but it would be nice to play vice city while I'm waiting for it,

They're just going to be PS2 classics, not a HD collection.

Unfortunately Un is right, these will most likely be similar to Max Payne that was recently released on the store in all it's PS2 glory.

Not worried about GTA3 being on the PS3 as I've got it on my Sony tablet Hopefully VC will appear as well.

PS2 ports are meh. I'd rather just 'acquire' these titles for PC for free and mod the crap out of them.

These games stood out on PS2 more than any other game, so I expect T2 Interactive or Sony to give these games some respect by providing them with a full makeover in a HD classics format rather than just a generic, crappy port that we now see on PSstore. no mention of the EU recieving these games though, so I'll treat this as speculative transitioning for the moment.
