Ok so this is most annoying mission in the entire game, ive tried it 3-4 times and keep dying at the same bit. I clear out the casino everytime with no damage, and grab onto the helicopter and what not. But every time I fall in the water, the boat gets RPG's before I can even get in. Also in all of the walkthroughs I have seen, the fast RPG hits the water about 20ft from the boat.

Is there anything Im missing, are you supposed to get on the boat at a specific point?

Sounds like a weird glitch to me, if you have any side jobs available try doing them and coming back to the mission afterwards.

By Side jobs, do you mean the strangers missions because I have completed them.....the only 1's to do are the flying rats, stunt jumps and the friends liking you above 90%

Yeah I did,  I have read a few posts saying that the last mission is buggy but I don't recall anyone having trrouble with getting on the boat.

I think the problem might be that you're getting on the boat just as he fires, try staying in the water and move away from boat so that when he fires at you it won't destroy your vehicle. As soon as you hear the sound of the rocket coming make a mad dash for the boat and hop in.

If it is a bug though the only other thing I can think of is reloading an earlier save if you have one.

I tried the mission again 3 more times for the same save and finally completed it.

First Attempt: Blew up jacobs car whilst trying to rpg Pegorinos goons outside the casino o_0

Second Attempt: Managed to enter boat, and helicopter.....coudlnt control helicopter...dimitri got away

Third Attempt: Succeeded Finally

Here is a tip for anyone struggling in the mission.

When falling into the water, turn to look at the helicopter above, and wait until it has moved to the other side of you...again follow it by moving the Right Analogue...then enter the boat from the back and you will see the first rocket misses the boat by quite some distance
