Ok so I have a problem with it not saving my rank.  I have looked this problem up but it doesn't say on any of the forums how it was solved and all the threads seem to be dated back to april/may this year (so should this problem be solved).  I'm not bothered that I reached level 2 because in the grand scheme of things thats nothing, I'm just thinking it won't save it every day.  I save my game after I play multiplayer in single player mode, yet when i turn it on the day after it hasn't saved it.  Looks like maybe it is impossible for me to get all trophies in this game which would be annoying.

this happens to loads of people, especially after reaching rank 7 for some reason, i dont know if its been fixed yet

I had this happen yesterday. I got 100% and thought I'd try a few online trophies. I ws on the 6th Rank with about 614000 points (I passed the 100k until next rank message) and spent most of yesterday racing, accumulating about 14 wins. Later on I loaded GTA back up and I was on the 5th rank with 250k poits W T F and I'm still there today

yeah for quite a few people it appears that only a few online games register scores,, lol sent an email to the technical support and they passed me onto another email saying, unfortunately you have contacted the technical department for games only please contact ... (lol clearly the email i sent them was about a game.

I have been having this problem for months now. Usually when I go on multiplayer it says rank 3 or 4 but actually im on rank 7 . Every now & then it will say 7 but usually go back to 3 or 4 after a few days. The strange thing is that although it says 3 or  4,  I still have the clothes & stuff for rank 7. As for the social club, thats been stuck on rank 3 for the last 5 months & never changes.

Yeah happens to me all the time so I stopped playing.

I've just started playing multiplayer having just got all the single player trophies (fear ive left it to late!)

Anyway I have noticed that the stats updating is not very regular, as you say. What I did find though was that races (or whatever) that I had won that were not displaying on stats for at least a few hours, but come the next day they were there.

The problem that I could forsee is that if you level up twice (as a result of leaving, losing stats, and then going back up a rank in a few hours time) the game might get its knickers in a twist anf glitch!

Best advice I could give is to not leave the game (i.e back to XMB) unless you know your done for the day, then hopefully everything should "catch up" before you play again
