As much as I'd love all those rumours to be true, I can't help but feel skeptical about some of them. 15 minutes by car from central Los Santos to the countryside sounds epic, but almost too good to be true. 
I can see some of these rumours turning out true, and for that we should give the journalist some credibility, but for now I'm just going to take all of them with a pinch of salt. Just because one thing could be true doesn't mean all the rumours are.

I think it was an estimation but I dunno people exaggerate when it comes to size of maps in games.
The biggest map I've ever seen has to be Just Cause 2. I doubt any GTA will ever be that big.
