One Interesting Thing Happened

Hi, I play GTA 4 with all the cheats available and one of them blocks the trophy Cleaned the Mean Streets. To have this trophy, you must finish the vigilante missions which are necessary if you're going for a 100%. So theoretically, using this cheat blocks the trophy and the chance to get 100%. I tried to do these vigilante missions and when I finished 20 of them, my percentage in the stats increased and guess what, I got the trophy. Did this happen to anyone of you or do you know why this happened? Thanks
